At mainteriors.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your homeware purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our clear and simple return process below.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return and send the item back to us.
2. Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, new, and unused condition.
- In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories attached.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Intimate items or perishable goods.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
We believe in transparent pricing. Here is how return fees are handled:
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees. (£0.00)
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, MA Interiors will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
- Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping costs. You may choose your own courier to send the item back to us.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at sales@mainteriors.co.uk or call us at +44 7521 203810 to request a Return Authorization.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to our physical store address: MA Interiors (Returns) 110 Cunningham Rd, Tamerton Foliot, Plymouth PL5 4PU, United Kingdom
(Note: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.)
5. Refund Processing & Timeframes
Once your return is received and inspected at our Plymouth store, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the item.
- Refund Method: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (the specific credit card or PayPal account used). Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the exact same product, please contact us at sales@mainteriors.co.uk. For changing sizes or colors, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
